Structure:

With group fitness you don’t have to THINK or PLAN. Each class is already structured with warm ups, a great workout, stretching and cool downs. You’ll be guided through each segment of the class by a friendly coach!

Proper Form and Technique:

Your group class coach will show you the proper form and technique for each workout and then make sure everyone in the class is executing the exercise the right way. Form is import in getting results and eliminating injuries.
